Quality management

Every product is tested through a series of tests to ensure they meet quality standards for thickness of the anodising layer , abrasion resistance , colour uniformity , ( without developing of clouding or spotting. ), also for brightness and reflectivity.

The test methods correspond to international standards.

A protective coating is applied to the surface of many products before delivery. Quality tests are performed to ensure that the film can be easily removed after the customer`s   processing. Through an extensive quality control system ALANOD ensures the highest quality of its products. This quality system begins with inspection of the incoming raw material and goes through processing , packaging , shipping and delivery. ALANOD is an ISO certified company ( International standards Organisation ) operating to ISO´s latest European Standards (EN ). ALANOD guarantees the same high quality for all its products.
